Establishment of Alta

On 22.3.2010, investment services and asset management activities of Publikum were transferred to the financial group Alta

We would like to inform our valued customers that a new player was established on the Slovenian financial services market named Alta Group, in which Medvesek Pušnik, Publikum and Poteza merged their activities of investment services and investment fund management. After the successful completion of the formation process, three subsidiaries now comprise the Alta Holding company : brokerage firm Alta Invest *, asset management company Alta Skladi ** and the back-office company Alta Konto.

Headquarters of the Alta Group companies are located on Železna cesta 18 in Ljubljana, in the same building as Poteza.
